New Displays

Sorry about missing the last half of last weeks uploads.  I was on vacation and while I  was gone I thought I would have time to upload some things and work on comics while in the Motel.  We were going to stay in the Motel 4 (they don’t leave the light on for you) but it was booked up and we stayed in the Hampton Inn.  It was nice and their Wi-Fi was one of the fastest I have used.  It was a great Motel and the people were all super nice but we didn’t get to spend much time in the room.  I met my sisters for every meal and by the time we visited, my wife shopped, and we drove around to look at old sites where we used to live.  We barely had time to nap in the afternoon and by the time we stopped on the Oxford Square at YaYa’s for my wife to get yogurt each night it was time to go to bed.

I was tired from vacation so I didn’t set up to sell jewelry Saturday.  I did work on these earring displays (which by the way were my own idea).  I had been trying to come up with a way to display a lot of earrings in a small space and this idea came to me when I found the mesh baskets.  I decided to turn them over, make a stand, paint it and make a display out of it.  Each one will hold a bunch of jewelry.  Not only can I use them to sell the earrings but I intend to sell the displays themselves.

I will try to post on a regular schedule this week.  Twice here and 3 times on the http://gatorhead.wordpress.com site.  I might not be posting my usual comics but I will try to post something.
