The Excitement Begins

I mentioned needing some Geezer drawings from my talented friends and Jan Rowe, creator of “Aedre’s Firefly” ( http://www.e-orbits.com/ ), and one of the most talented ladies I know responded in a hurry.  She sent me a couple of old Geezers in rockin’ chairs that taught me what geezers should look like.  Even though I haven’t started a contest yet she is already a winner and I intend to send her some Copperhead Jewelry later this week.

There will be another Geezerhood comic posted Thursday and I will probably post the artwork she sent me on this strip  Friday and hopefully will start the “Name the Geezers” contest next week.

I am plumb excited about this new direction (or detour0 I am takin’.

If you haven’t read the Geezerhood   Comics you can find them at www.gatorhead.wordpress.com

I am also going to have a contest for the commenters too.  You can win fun prizes, T-Shirts and other cheap stuff as well as enjoyin’ a good laugh.

    Geezers say the darnedest things!

You’re most welcome, Bo! I’d prefer it if you’d call me Jande (pronounced Jan’dee), though. Dunno who this Jan-person is… I really enjoyed creating those two. Didn’t realise you needed more Geezers. lol

  5. Ha! ‘Name the Geezers’… no ‘borrowing’ my name, Bo!
    😉
